Investigation Process

Once a complaint is received:

  1. We acknowledge the complaint within 3 working days.
  2. The complaint will be investigated by a member of the management team.
  3. A response will normally be provided within 14 working days.

Resolution

We aim to resolve complaints fairly and promptly. If necessary, further action may be taken to improve our services.
